  1. What is the Jaringan Prihatin programme?
    The Jaringan Prihatin programme is an initiative by the Government of Malaysia whereby approximately RM2 billion is allocated for Malaysians eligible for Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (“BPR”), in the form of subsidised telco packages in collaboration with the telecommunication Service Providers.
  2. How will I benefit from the Jaringan Prihatin programme?

    If you are an eligible recipient of the programme, you will be able to subscribe to a data plan or device bundle package offered by YES, which are jointly subsidised by the Government.
     

    There are two types of subsidies offered by the Government in this programme; 

    Subsidy 1: Monthly data plan subsidy rebate; or 
    Subsidy 2: Device package subsidy.

     

    Total subsidy allocation for eligible recipients are as follows.
     

     

    Category 1 - married and singles without children below 18 years old

    Subsidy 1: RM15 per month for 12 months

    Subsidy 2: RM180 device package subsidy


     
     

    Category 2- married and singles with children below 18 years old

    Subsidy 1: RM15 per month for 12 months

    Subsidy 2: RM300 device package subsidy


     


    Meanwhile, the value of benefits offered by YES offers may vary.
    The way in which subsidies are disbursed will also depend on YES and your chosen data plan.

  3.  How do I check if I am eligible for Jaringan Prihatin?

    You are eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin programme if you have qualified for the Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR). You may get more information and check your eligibility on the BPR website: https://bpr.hasil.gov.my/.
     

    In order to check eligibility, please follow the following steps: 
    Step 1: Using your internet browser, go to https://bpr.hasil.gov.my/
    Step 2: Click “log masuk” on the top right of the webpage 
    Step 3: Enter your NRIC number and click “semak” 

  4.  When can I join the Jaringan Prihatin programme?
    If you are eligible, please complete your registration between 05 May 2021 and 31 July 2021 with YES through the MyYes app (existing users) or at yes.my/kasiupb40 (new users) by 31 July 2021.
  5. How long is the Programme Jaringan Prihatin period?
    The Jaringan Prihatin programme is a 12-month programme starting from the time you register. The last date for registration is 31 July 2021, while the entire programme runs from 05 May 2021 to 31 July 2022.
  6.  How can I join the Jaringan Prihatin programme?
    In order to join the Jaringan Prihatin programme, for existing subscribers, login to your MyYes app and click the b40 banner to register for the Jaringan Prihatin programme. For new subscribers, visit yes.my/kasiupb40 now for easy registration. A new SIM will be delivered straight to you!

  7.  I am eligible for the Bantuan Prihatin programme but I missed the deadline to join the Jaringan Prihatin programme, can I still register?
    No, you will not be able to register if you have missed the deadline of 31 July 2021, even if you are an eligible recipient of BPR.
  8.  If I encounter any issues and would like to appeal, how do I go about doing this?
    For BPR eligibility-related queries or appeals, please visit the BPR website (https://bpr.hasil.gov.my) or contact the BPR hotline (1800-88-2747) for more information. The upcoming window for BPR appeal will run from 15 June – 30 June 2021. For any other matters related to YES, you may call our helpline at 018 333 3303
  9.  How many times can I opt in for Jaringan Prihatin programme?
    Each eligible MyKad is allowed to opt in for the Jaringan Prihatin programme only once during the registration period from 5 May 2021 to 31 July 2021. However, you are allowed to switch your registration to another service provider during the course of the programme, which lasts from 5 May 2021 to 31 July 2022.
  1. Who is eligible to participate in the Jaringan Prihatin programme?
    All Malaysian citizens that are eligible for Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) will be eligible to participate in the Jaringan Prihatin programme. The primary applicant of BPR of each household is eligible to participate in this programme.
  2. Am I eligible for Jaringan Prihatin if I am single with no children?
    Yes, as long as you are eligible for BPR, you are considered eligible for Jaringan Prihatin. If you are single with no children, you are entitled to the subsidy allocation where you are able to receive RM15 over 12 months for a monthly data plan, or RM180 for a device package subsidy. 
  3. Am I eligible for Jaringan Prihatin if I am single with children?
    Yes, as long as you are eligible for BPR, you are considered eligible for Jaringan Prihatin. If you are single with children under the age of 18, you are entitled to the subsidy allocation of RM15 per month over 12 months for a monthly data plan, or RM300 for a device package subsidy.
  4. Am I eligible for Jaringan Prihatin if I am married with no children?
    Yes, as long as you are eligible for BPR, you are considered eligible for Jaringan Prihatin. If you are married with no children, you are entitled to the subsidy allocation of RM15 over 12 months for a monthly data plan, or RM180 for a device package subsidy.
  5.  Am I eligible for Jaringan Prihatin if I am married with children?
    Yes, as long as you are eligible for BPR, you are considered eligible for Jaringan Prihatin. If you are married with children under the age of 18, you are entitled to the subsidy allocation of RM15 per month over 12 months for a monthly data plan, or RM300 for a device package subsidy.
  6. My children are over 18 years old but still live in my home, am I eligible to receive the RM300 device package subsidy?
    No, you are only eligible to receive the RM300 device package subsidy if your children are below 18 years old.
  7.  I am a Malaysian citizen married to a foreign national with children. Am I eligible for Jaringan Prihatin?
    If you are a Malaysian citizen who is eligible for BPR and married to a foreign national, you are eligible for Jaringan Prihatin. If you have children under the age of 18, you are entitled to the RM300 subsidy allocation, whereby you will receive RM15 per month over 12 months for a monthly data plan, or RM300 for a device package subsidy.
  8. How do I know if my registration to be part of Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat is successful?
    In order to know if your registration to be part of BPR is successful, please follow these steps:
    Step 1: Using your internet browser, go to https://bpr.hasil.gov.my/
    Step 2: Click “log masuk” on the top right of the webpage
    Step 3: Enter your IC number and click “semak”
  9. Does Jaringan Prihatin apply for foreign subscribers?
    No, the Jaringan Prihatin programme is only available to Malaysian citizens whom are eligible for BPR.
  10.  I am not eligible for this programme; am I able to appeal my eligibility status?
    All recipients of BPR are eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin programme. If you have been deemed to be not eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin programme, please seek further information on BPR eligibility, via the BPR website (https://bpr.hasil.gov.my) or contact the BPR hotline (1800-88-2747). The upcoming window for BPR appeal will run from 15th June – 30th June 2021. 
  11. I am eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin programme and I have 2 mobile numbers. Can I claim on both numbers?
    Only one claim is allowed per National Registration Identification Card (“NRIC”) of eligible individuals. If you have two (2) mobile numbers, you may choose only one (1) mobile number that you will claim the subsidy on.
  12. How will Jaringan Prihatin subsidy recipients be paid?
    The Jaringan Prihatin subsidy recipients will be paid through approved data plans or device packages from YES.

  13. Is a Jaringan Prihatin subsidy recipient allowed to claim the subsidy from different Service Providers during the 12-month program period?
    Yes, an eligible recipient is allowed to claim the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy from up to four (4) different Service Providers over the 12 month programme period. Eligible subscribers can be only registered with one (1) Service Provider at any point in time during this period.

  14. Can the eligible subscriber participate in Jaringan Prihatin with more than one (1) claim on a single National Registration Identity Card (“NRIC”)?
    No. Each eligible customer is allowed only one claim per NRIC under the Jaringan Prihatin programme.
  15. Can a subsidy recipient transfer the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy to any other person(s)?
    No. The Jaringan Prihatin subsidy is tied to the individual subscriber’s NRIC and therefore cannot be transferred to a third party.
  16. Can a subsidy recipient withdraw the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy as Cash?
    No, subsidy recipients will not be able to withdraw the subsidy as cash.

 

  1. How do I subscribe to the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy?

    For existing subscribers, log-in to the MyYes app and tap the B40 banner to register for the YES Jaringan Prihatin Programme.

    For new subscribers, visit yes.my/kasiupb40 to register. A new SIM will be delivered straight to you!

  2. If an Eligible Subscriber selects the Jaringan Prihatin RM180 subsidy, is there a particular plan they are required to subscribe to?

    (i) They must have a device bundle (i.e. mobile device or WiFi device); or
    (ii) A monthly data plan that entitles you to redeem twelve (12) redemptions of RM15 per calendar month, until 31 July 2022.

     

    Specific offers may vary, subject to terms & conditions set by YES.

  3. If an Eligible Subscriber is married or single with children, and selects the Jaringan Prihatin RM300 subsidy, is there a particular plan they are required to subscribe to?

    If an Eligible Subscriber opts for the RM300 subsidy, they are required to spend their allocated RM300 for a device bundle (i.e. mobile device plus data plan) only. 

  4. If an Eligible Subscriber chooses the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy rebate of RM15 over the programme duration, is there a particular plan they are required to subscribe to?
    In general, the Eligible Subscriber is offered flexibility in applying the rebate to new or existing prepaid & postpaid plans offered under the programme. However, offers may vary subject to terms and conditions set by each respective Service Provider.
  5.  What can I use the monthly RM15 rebate for?
    You may use the monthly RM15 rebate to: 
    (i) purchase a monthly data plan (for prepaid customers only), OR
    (ii) offset the bill payment of your postpaid monthly data plan (for postpaid customers only).
  6. I decided to get the monthly data plan subsidy worth RM15. How many redemptions do I get?
    You will have twelve (12) subsidies worth RM15 each, which you may redeem once per calendar month. You have up to 31 July 2022 to redeem your subsidies.
  7.  Can an Eligible Subscriber redeem more than one (1) RM15 Jaringan Prihatin subsidy per calendar month?
    No, an Eligible Subscriber may redeem only ONE RM15 Jaringan Prihatin subsidy per month.
  8. How many times am I required to register for the programme in order to enjoy the RM15 rebate?
    You only need to register once for the Jaringan Prihatin programme. Registration commences on 5th May 2021 and ends on 31st July 2021.
  9. I missed the deadline to register with the Jaringan Prihatin program (31 July 2021). Can I still register?No, the final registration date is on 31 July 2021.
  10.  Can an Eligible Subscriber select a disbursement period for the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy?
    No, Eligible Subscribers cannot choose the timing of disbursement for the subsidy. Generally, the first disbursement will take place within the month he/she registers. But the exact timing of the disbursement may differ between different Service Providers, and between prepaid and postpaid plans.
  11. I signed up for a device package before 5 May 2021 (the start date of the Jaringan Prihatin programme). Could I utilise the RM180 device subsidy for that package?
    No, the device subsidy of Jaringan Prihatin programme is only applicable to new device bundles offered by Service Providers as part of the Jaringan Prihatin programme.
  12. Can an Eligible Subscriber use the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy rebate and pay for an entire year in advance, or utilise the rebate to purchase a data plan?
    No, the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy rebate of RM15 per month cannot be paid in advance for the year to settle a bill, or to purchase a data plan.
  13. Will an Eligible Subscriber continue to enjoy the rebate if their line is barred or suspended in the middle of the rebate period?
    No, in the event that your line is barred or suspended, your rebate will be forfeited. However, if you reactivate your line within the rebate period, you can continue enjoying your rebate for the remaining period until your 12-month redemption period runs out. But note that any redemption that you missed as a result of a suspended or barred line will be forfeited.
  14. Can the subsidy be pro-rated?
    No, the subsidy cannot be pro-rated. 
  15. Can an Eligible Subscriber register for the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy with multiple Service Providers at a time? 
    No, an Eligible Subscriber is only allowed to redeem the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy with one (1) Service Provider at any given time.
  16. Can an Eligible Subscriber switch to another Service Provider after successfully redeeming their subsidy?
    Yes, an Eligible Subscriber is allowed to switch to another Service Provider after thirty (30) days from the initial redemption date.
  17. Can an Eligible Subscriber switch to another option under the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy after successfully redeeming their subsidy?
    No, once an Eligible Subscriber has signed up for one of the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy options and successfully redeemed, the Eligible Subscriber is not allowed to switch to another option.
  18. An Eligible Subscriber did not register for this Jaringan Prihatin subsidy, but they received a parcel from YES. What should they do? 
    The Eligible Subscriber should call our YES Prihatin infoline @ 018 333 3303. 
  19. If an Eligible Subscriber has registered for the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy via IVR, but has yet to receive a response, what should the Eligible Subscriber do? 
    The Eligible Subscriber should try a different registration method for the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy (refer to FAQ Registration & Redemption No.1)
  20. How can an Eligible Subscriber check if their Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy credit has been credited to their YES service account?
    The Eligible Subscriber should download the MyYes app to monitor their account.
  21. Can a Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient continue the service plan after the 12-month period?
    At the end of the 12-month period, a Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient can choose to continue their plan by paying a commitment fee.
  22. What is the Free 2GB Daily LTE Data add-on?
    The Free 2GB Daily LTE Data add-on is applicable for selected plans, with a one-day validity period. You can redeem it ONCE a day via the MyYes app, MyAccount or YES Express Payment Channel. Click on https://www.yes.my/tnc/products-services-tnc for further information.
  23. How does the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Rebate apply to prepaid service plans?
    A Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient will be offered Prihatin add-ons which can be redeemed under the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy. All Prihatin add-ons will be made available via the MyYes app, MyAccount & YES Express Payment Channel.

  24.  Can I upgrade my YES Prihatin Prepaid RM 0 for 15GB data add-on to YES Prihatin Prepaid RM 15 Unlimited data add-on?
    YES, you may upgrade your YES Prihatin Prepaid RM 0 data add-on  to YES Prihatin Prepaid RM 15 Unlimited data add-on by adopting  the following steps:
    1) Download the MyYes app;
    2) Activate your SIM Card through eKYC;
    3) Click on the button “BUY  ADD-ONS”;
    4) Select the  YES Prihatin Prepaid RM15 Unlimited; and
    5) Complete payment of RM 15.00

     
  25. Will purchasing Prihatin add-ons extend prepaid service validity?
    Prepaid service validity will be extended according to the type of add-on purchased. 
  26. When will the Jaringan Prihatin add-on be allocated to the prepaid service plan subscribers?

    New Subscribers: The 1st Jaringan Prihatin add-on will be allocated on the day you successfully activate your SIM. Every subsequent add-on will be allocated in 30 day intervals, starting 30 days from the day of the SIM activation (i.e. once a month for the remaining 11 months). 
    For example: The Subsidy Recipient signs up for the YES Prihatin Prepaid Plan on 1st Apr 2021 and activates the SIM on 5th April 2021. The 1st Jaringan Prihatin add-on will be allocated on the activation date (5th April 2021). The 2nd Jaringan Prihatin add-on will be received on 5th May 2021.

    Existing Subscribers: The 1st Jaringan Prihatin add-on will be allocated on the successful registration date. Every subsequent add-on will be allocated in 30 day intervals, starting 30 days from the registration date, (i.e. once a month for the remaining 11 months).
    For example: The Subsidy Recipient successfully registers on 20th Apr 2021. The 1st Jaringan Prihatin add-on will be allotted on the same day. The 2nd Jaringan Prihatin add-on will be received on 20th May 2021.

  27. Is the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient required to redeem the Prihatin prepaid add-on manually?
    Yes, the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient must redeem the Prihatin prepaid add-on manually via the MyYes app, MyAccount or YES Express Payment Channel.
  28. What happens if the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient does not redeem the Prihatin prepaid add-on within 30 days from the date of allocation?

    If the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient fails to redeem the Prihatin add-on within 30 days from the date of allocation, the Prihatin RM0-15GB add-on will be automatically credited at the end of every 30 days, starting from the day after the activation/registration date. 

    For example: The Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient purchases the Prihatin Prepaid Plan on 1st April 2021 & activates the SIM on 5th April 2021. The first Jaringan Prihatin add-on will be allocated on the SIM activation date (5th April 2021). The 2nd add-on will be allocated on 5th May 2021. If the Recipient fails to redeem the Prihatin add-on on or before 4th May 2021, the system will automatically purchase the Prihatin 15GB add-on on 5th May 2021. The same mechanism applies to every subsequent Prihatin add-on redemption.

  29. What is the prepaid usage priority for data add-ons?
    The Data Add-On usage priority is as follows; 
    1) Prihatin 15GB add-on,
    2) Unthrottle Me add-on or Hotspot add-on (applicable for unlimited data allocated subscribers),
    3) Unlimited data add-on,
    4) Tonnage data add-on,
    5) Based plan allocated tonnage.
  30. How does the RM15 Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy work under the postpaid service plan?
    Upon successful registration, the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient will receive a RM15/month bill subsidy which will be automatically credited to his/her service account for every bill cycle. This will last a total of 12 cycles, or until 31st July 2022, whichever comes first.
  31. What is the postpaid usage priority for data add-ons?
    The Data Add-On usage priority is as follows; 
    1) Data add-On - Free 2GB validity for a day, 
    2) Data add-On - Tonnage based Data add-ons, 
    3) Base plan allocated tonnage.
  32. What will happen to Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipients who have auto-renewal activated on existing data add-ons?

    Any existing data add-ons set to renew automatically will remain. To avoid multiple purchases, we advise the Recipient to unsubscribe from any add-on auto-renewals.

  33. I wanted to opt for a device subsidy with my Service Provider. However, they have insufficient stock. What can I do?
    If your chosen Service Provider is unable to offer you a device at the moment, kindly check with them whether they will have new stock available for redemption by 31 July 2021. Alternatively, you may try a different Service Provider.
  34. What if an Eligible Subscriber has other questions that were not addressed in this FAQ?
    The Eligible Subscriber can call our YES Prihatin infoline @ 018 333 3303.
  35. How to check the application status or delivery status?
    To check your application or delivery status, please follow the below steps: 
    1. Go to https://lcs.yes.my/ 
    2. Select Program YES Prihatin
    3. Insert your NRIC
    4. Insert Your Registered Phone Number
    5. Click "Hantar"
    6. (if applicable) You may check the delivery status by click on "Click here" button.
    7. Next, key in the Consignment Note Numbers and click "Track".

     
  1. Will an Eligible Subscriber still be entitled to the Jaringan Prihatin RM15 rebate per month if they switch from one Service Provider to another?
    Yes, an Eligible Subscriber will still be entitled to the Jaringan Prihatin RM15 rebate per month if they switch from one Service Provider to another. However, the Subscriber will first be required to terminate their service with their existing Service Provider. The Subscriber is only allowed a maximum of 3 switches after registration (i.e. Service Provider A> Service Provider B >Service Provider C > Service Provider D) over the course of the programme.
  2. Can a Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient change the Jaringan Prihatin Service Plan to any other Prepaid Service Plan or Postpaid Service Plan during the Programme Period?
    During the Programme Period, a Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient  having subscribed to the YES Prihatin Prepaid Service Plan, YES Prihatin Learn from Home for Individuals Service Plan and YES Prihatin Learn from Home for Families Service Plan is not allowed to convert such service plans to any other Postpaid Service Plans or Prepaid Service Plans.
  3.  Can an Eligible Subscriber switch to another Service Provider within 30 days from the registration date?
    No, an Eligible Subscriber is not allowed to switch to another Service Provider within 30 days from the registration date.
  4. Can an Eligible Subscriber port in their other Service Provider number to register for the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy under YES?
    Yes, a Jaringan Subsidy Recipient can port in from one Service Provider to another, as per conditions stated in FAQ No. 1. However, the Subscriber will need to unregister from the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy programme with their existing Service Provider.
  5. What happens to any balance from the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy if the Recipient terminates the existing service plan and re-registers for another service plan?

    The remainder of the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy will carry on to the new service plan.

  6. I am currently registered with Service Provider A and would like to switch to another Service Provider. Will I remain entitled to the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy?
    Yes, here's how: First, terminate your Jaringan Prihatin registration with Service Provider A. Then, register with your new Service Provider, and you will be able to continue enjoying the Jaringan Prihatin Programme. You are allowed a maximum of three (3) switches (i.e. Service Provider A (current package) > Service Provider B > Service Provider C > Service Provider D) over the course of the programme. However, this only applies to those opting for the monthly data plan subsidy; it does NOT apply to the device package subsidy.
  7. Can I switch to a different data plan with my Service Provider after signing up for an offer?
    Yes, you may switch to a different data plan, as long as it is part of the offers available to Jaringan Prihatin customers & eligible for the monthly subsidy.
  8. Must an Eligible Subscriber who was previously with another Service Provider re-register for the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy, or is eligibility automatically detected?
    An Eligible Subscriber must first terminate the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy with their existing Service Provider, then re-register with their new Service Provider for the Jaringan Prihatin Programme.
  9. I have been enjoying monthly Prihatin rebates with my existing Service Provider. Can I terminate the subscription with my existing Service Provider and proceed with the programme using another Service Provider?
    Yes, you can terminate your existing Service Provider line anytime and continue your Prihatin Programme under a new Service Provider. However, you can only redeem your rebate once a month, i.e. if you have received the subsidy (for Postpaid) or redeemed (for Prepaid) for April 2021 before terminating your line with your existing Service Provider, you will not be able to redeem another RM15 subsidy from your new Service Provider within that same calendar month (April 2021).
  1. How can a Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient unregister from the programme? 
    The Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient is required to walk into any YES store to unregister from the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy. Deregistration is required if the Recipient is changing Service Provider, and he/she wants to continue enjoying the remainder of their Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy under their new Service Provider. Please note however that the deregistration only applies to the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient who has opted for the RM15 monthly data plan subsidy; it does not apply to device package subsidy.
  2. If a Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient unregisters from the programme, will doing so terminate their service plan? 
    No, deregistering from the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy will not terminate the Recipient's service plan. He/She can continue using their service plan by paying a commitment charge. But if the Recipient does not intend to continue, then they will need to terminate their plan.
  3. Is a Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy Recipient required to unregister before changing service plans with the same Service Provider?
    No, the Recipient is not required to unregister.

    Yes, you will still be able to enjoy the RM15 rebate under your new Service Provider after terminating your service with your previous Service Provider as long as you have not exceeded twelve (12) redemptions over the duration of the programme, which lasts from 5 May 2021 to 31 July 2022.

    No, the Jaringan Prihatin with YES Programme is only available to Malaysian citizens who are eligible for BPR aid. 
  5. Does the Jaringan Prihatin with YES Programme allow you to participate in the Kasi Up and Prihatin Refer & Earn Programmes?
    Yes, after activating the YES Prihatin SIM, customers may share their referral code with family and friends. For further details, please refer to the YES Kasi Up and Prihatin Refer & Earn terms and conditions.
  6. What happens if I do not utilise my Data Capacity Allocation completely?
    Any unused data will not be brought forward to the following month. 
  7. What happens if I fully utilise the Data Capacity Allocation prior to the service validity expiration date?
    You can continue enjoying access to the internet, but at a throttled internet speed of up to 512kbps. To continue enjoying our services at a faster speed, you may purchase the Prepaid Data Add-On via the MyYes app, MyAccount or YES Express Payment Channel.
  8. Could I make a switch from a non-YES mobile number to a Jaringan Prihatin with YES Programme?

    Yes, you may do so by following the steps below:
    Step 1: Install the MyYes app
    Step 2: Click “Switch To YES” in the “Quick Access” tab. Another "Switch to YES" button will appear. Click on that as well
    Step 3: Enter the number you would like to port in and click “VERIFY”
    Step 4: Click on the replacement YES number and select “SUBMIT”
    Step 5: Await a confirmation text message from your previous Service Provider, reply with a "yes”
    Step 6: To check your status, go to “Switch to YES” under “Quick Access”. Finally, select “CHECK STATUS”.

  9. I have received my SIM. How do I proceed with activation?
    To activate your SIM:
    (i) Download the MyYes app
    (ii) On the login page, press “New User”
    (iii) Click the “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen
    (iv) Once your activation is successful, log on to your account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. If you are unable to use your password, try logging in using the TAC method.

    To change your registered phone number on Shopee:

    4. Tap 'My Profile
    5. Then, tap 'Phone'
    6. Tap 'Edit' and enter your YES phone number, generating an OTP code delivered to your YES number.

    No, the YES Prihatin x Shopee Cashback Rewards cannot be converted to or withdrawn as cash.
