    You may check your data balance via MyYES app and MyAccount.
  6. What is the validity period for Data/Konfem Turbo Add-On?
    It is valid for a period of thirty (30) days only from the date of purchase.
  7. Can I carry forward my unutilised internet data under the Data Add-On purchased to the next Billing Cycle?
    No, any unutilised Data Add-On quota purchased during a Billing Cycle will be forfeited and will not be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle.
  8. Can I get a refund for my Add-Ons?
    No, unfortunately all Add-Ons purchased but not used are non-refundable.
  9. Can I transfer the Internet data under the Data/Konfem Turbo Add-On purchased under a particular Service account to another Service account?
    No, the internet data under the Data Add-On is non-transferrable.
  10. Can I purchase Add-Ons for a friend?
    Yes, you can. Simply enter your friend's YES ID/YES Number at the YES Express Payment Channel and complete your purchase.
  11. How long will it take for the reduced speed to go back to 4G speeds after purchasing Data Add-On or Konfem Turbo Add-On?
    It may take up to 10 minutes for the Data Add-On or Konfem Turbo Add-On to take effect upon successful purchase.
