  2. Are there any other charges payable to YTLC on the purchase of the Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Plan other than the RM 15?
    There are no further charges payable on the purchase of the Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Plan other than the RM 15.
  3. How many Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Plans can I register?
    In accordance with the law, an individual may register for up to a total of five (5) Prepaid Mobile Numbers.
  4. Can I still use the Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Plan without registering my particulars with YTL Communications Sdn Bhd?
    In accordance with the law, all customers of prepaid services are required to register their relevant particulars with their respective service providers.
  5. When can I use the preloaded 10GB Internet Data in the Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Plan?
    You may use the preloaded 10GB Internet Data in the Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Plan upon successful activation of your SIM Card. To activate your SIM card, please download the MyYES app, press New User -> Activate SIM button and follow the activation steps.
  6. Does the 10GB Internet Data have an expiry date?
    Yes, it does. It is valid for a period of thirty (30) days only from the date of successful activation of the Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Plan
  7. What happens to any unused data under the 10GB Internet Data upon expiry of the Account Validity Period?
    Any unused data after the expiry of the Account Validity Period shall be forfeited.
  8. Can I purchase any Prepaid Data Add-On before expiry of my Account Validity Period?
    Yes, you can. 
  9. How long will my Prepaid Service account be active from the date of activation of the Prepaid SIM Card?
    Your Prepaid Service account will remain active for a period of 30 days from the date of SIM card activation. After 30 days, you will be able to receive calls & SMS and make emergency calls. However, you will not be able to make any calls, send SMS or surf the internet. Kindly purchase a YES Reload for your Prepaid Service account..
  10. Will there be any charges imposed when I call other YES numbers?
    All calls made to YES numbers are free. However, charges will be imposed on all international calls and SMS in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates found at https://www.yes.my/roaming.
  11. Will there be any charges imposed when I call numbers on other networks?
    Yes, calls to other service provider networks are subjected to a standard rate. Please refer to the table below:-

    All Malaysian citizens registered with the Social Welfare Department in Malaysia as “orang kurang upaya” (individuals with disabilities) (“OKU”) are eligible for the OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan. Terms and conditions apply.

  3. Can I register for the OKU Yes 4G LTE Prepaid Plan through a representative?
    If you are twelve (12) years and above and as a result of your disability you are unable to register for the OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan by yourself, you may register for the OKU Plan through your representative. In such instances, the OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan will be registered directly under your representative’s name.
  4. What documents do I need to provide if I intend to subscribe to the OKU Yes 4G LTE Prepaid Plan starter pack?
    The following documents are required namely:-
    (a) If you are 12 years and above and intend to register to the OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan under your name, your original NRIC and original OKU card issued by the Social Welfare Department (“OKU Card”);
    (b) If You are 12 years and above and intend to register to the OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan through a representative, your original NRIC, original OKU Card and authorisation letter issued by you consenting for the registration of the OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan under your representative’s name and Your representative’s original NRIC; or
    (c) If You are below 12 years, your parents or guardians are required to produce their original NRIC, your original OKU Card, birth certificate or in the case of a child under the care of a legal guardian, such legal guardian’s proof of guardianship. For clarity and avoidance of doubt, in such instances, the OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan will be registered directly under Your parents or legal guardian/(s) names.
  5. How many OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan starter packs can I subscribe to?
    Each valid OKU Card will be able to subscribe to one (1) OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan starter pack only.
  6. How can I subscribe to OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan starter pack?
    You can subscribe to the OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan starter pack through any of our YES Stores nationwide. Please note that you will need to provide your OKU Card and the list of documents mentioned in the response to Question 4 above. For the list of YES Stores near you click here !
  7. How do I subscribe to the Kasi Up OKU Prepaid Add-Ons?

  8.  If I’m an existing YES Postpaid or Prepaid customer, can I convert to OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan starter pack?
    Yes, you may convert to OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan as long as you are a Malaysian citizen and you are registered with the Social Welfare Department in Malaysia as “orang kelainan upaya” (individuals with disabilities) (“OKU”). 
  9. How long does it take to convert the existing Postpaid and Prepaid Plan to OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan?
    Conversion to the OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan takes between 3-5 working days. Please refer to Our response in Q4 above on the list of documents.
  10. I am currently a subscriber of the OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan but I now no longer require the OKU 4G LTE Prepaid Plan. Can I transfer ownership to another person?
    No, ownership of the OKU YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan is non-transferrable.

    The Yes 4G LTE Prepaid Starter Pack cost RM 10 and it comes with:
    • a pre-assigned Yes number

  2. Where can I purchase the Prepaid Starter Pack?
    You may purchase this Starter pack at our Yes Stores/Kiosk/official dealers.
  3. How many Prepaid Starter Packs can I register?
    As per the requirements set by the SKMM (Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia), the maximum registration of Prepaid Starter Packs is (5) per NRIC / ID.
  4. Can I still use the Prepaid Starter Pack without registering my details?
    No, you cannot. As per the requirements set by the SKMM, all prepaid users will need to register with their respective service providers.
  5. Is there an expiry on the free data that comes with my Prepaid Starter Pack?
    Yes, the free data of your Prepaid Starter Pack is valid for seven (7) days from the date of service successful activation. The balance of unused free data will be forfeited
  6. How will I know if I have received the free data?
    Please log on to your My Account to see your account balance status.
  7. Can I purchase a Prepaid Data Add-on before my free data expires?
    Yes, you can. 
  8. Am I allowed to choose my YES number when I purchase the Prepaid Starter Pack?
    The YES number will be pre-assigned to the SIM Card which you can see displayed on the Starter Pack you purchased. However, you can choose the Starter Pack with the YES number that you prefer.
  9. What happens if my YES account becomes inactive?
    You can still receive calls & SMS and make emergency calls. However, you will not be able to make any calls, send SMS or surf the internet. Kindly purchase a YES Reload for your account to reactivate your account.
  10. What are the Call and SMS rates of this Prepaid Starter Pack?
    For this Prepaid Starter Pack, you will enjoy completely free on-net calls and SMS. Off-net SMS and Calls per minute are priced at RM0.09.
