    The RM 3 discount is only applicable for the first time reload and you will only be able to enjoy the RM3 discount once during the Campaign period subject to availability and it’s on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  5. How will I know that RM3 discount is given?
    The RM3 discount will be reflected in your WeChat Pay My Wallet when you perform the payment transaction.

    The Konfem 4G Prepaid LTE Data Add-On and/or the Konfem Turbo Prepaid LTE Data Add-On cannot be used on the Huddle or Zoom.

  6. How many times can I subscribe to Konfem Turbo Prepaid LTE Data Add-On?
    You can have multiple subscription of the Konfem Turbo Prepaid LTE Data Add-On on condition that the subscription and use of Konfem Turbo Prepaid LTE Data Add-On is during the validity period of Konfem 4G Prepaid LTE Data Add-On.
  7. Can I purchase any other data add-on during the validity period of the Konfem 4G Prepaid LTE Data Add-On?
    You will not be able to purchase ANY other data add-on products except for Konfem Turbo Prepaid Data Add-On during the validity period of the Konfem 4G Prepaid LTE Data Add-On.
  8. How long is the promotion period for this Konfem 4G Prepaid LTE Data Add-On and Konfem Turbo Prepaid LTE Data Add-On?
    This promotion is valid until 30th November 2018 unless otherwise extended by YTLC.
  1. I have received SMS on Touch ‘n Go Reload Pin when I activated my Yes SIM Pack? What is this for?
    The Yes SIM Pack that you have purchased comes with: RM5 Yes credit and 1GB data (Valid for 7 days) and RM10 Touch ’n Go Reload Pin.

    You can redeem the Touch ‘n Go Reload Pin by simply following the below steps:
    1. Download the Touch ‘n Go app via App Store or Google Playstore.
    2. Register for a Touch’n Go eWallet account.
    3. Log in using your Touch ‘n Go ID and password
    4. Click on Reload.
    5. Select the Touch ‘n Go Reload PIN.
    6. Enter the 12 digit pin that you have received from Yes

    Now you have RM10 credit in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet that you can use to reload your Yes account.
  2. Is there a validity for the Touch ‘n Go Reload Pin?
    The Touch ‘n Go Reload Pin* will expire on 15th December 2018. You need to redeem the Touch’n Go Reload Pin before the expiry date or the pin will be invalid.

    *The Touch ‘n Go Reload Pin shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the TNG Digital “ Welcome Campaign” which can be found at http://www.touchngo.com.my
  3. Can I use the Touch’n Go Reload Pin to directly reload my Yes account?
    The Touch’n Go Reload Pin that is provided is for the Touch’n Go eWallet app so you can only redeem the Touch’n Go Reload Pin via Touch’n Go eWallet. Once you have redeemed the Touch’n Go Reload Pin, you can use the redeemed amount (RM10) to reload your Yes account.
  4. I have accidently deleted my SMS that contains the Touch ‘n Go Reload Pin? Would you be able to resend the SMS?

  5. I received an error message stating that the Touch ‘n Go Reload Pin entered is invalid. What should I do?

  7. When will the winner be announced?
    Announcement of the winner for the day will be made on Yes 4G Facebook page at 5.00 pm 10 days after each contest day. For example: the winner for 16 September 2018 will be announced on 01 October 2018, winner for 17 September 2018 will be announced on 02 October 2018, and so on and so forth.
  8. I was announced as a winner, how can I collect the prize?
    You can collect your prize at the Yes Store selected by you. However, please take note that you must collect your prize within 30 days from the date that you were announced as the winner.
  9. Can I send a proxy to collect my prize?
    You are advised to walk in with the copy of our email winner announcement and ID (NRIC/passport) to collect your prize. Proxy is not allowed.
  10. Can I change the smartphone model or colour?
    All prizes are final and cannot be exchanged.
  11. What is the warranty period of the smartphone?
    Standard 12 months warranty that is provided by the manufacturer of the phone.

    No, you will only need to pay the recommended retail price.
  4. How many Prepaid Starter Packs can I register?
    As per the requirements set by the SKMM (Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia), the maximum registration of Prepaid Starter Packs is 5 per NRIC / ID.
  5. Can I still use the Prepaid Starter Pack without registering my details?
    No, you cannot. As per the requirements set by the SKMM, all prepaid users will need to register with their respective service providers.
  6. When can I start using the free data provided in the Prepaid Starter Pack?
    You may start using the free data provided in the Prepaid Starter Pack upon successful activation of the SIM Card.
  7. Is there an expiry on the free data that comes with my Prepaid Starter Pack?
    Yes, the free data of your Prepaid Starter Pack is valid for 7 days from the date of service successful activation. The balance of unused free data will be forfeited.
  8. How will I know if I have received the free data?
    Please log on to your My Account to see your account balance status.
  9. Can I purchase a Prepaid Data Add-on before my free data expires?
    Yes. You can. For more information on the Prepaid Data Add-on, please check out our Prepaid Data Add-on FAQ.
  10. Am I allowed to choose my Yes number when I purchase the Prepaid Starter Pack?
    The Yes number will be pre-assigned to the SIM Card which you can see displayed on the Starter Pack you purchased. However, you can choose the Starter Pack with the Yes number that you prefer.
  11. Upon activation, how long will my account be active?
    Upon activation, your account will remain active for 7 days.
  12. What happens if my Yes account becomes inactive?
    You can still be able to receive calls & SMS, access your contacts and make emergency calls. However, you will not be able to make any calls, send SMS or surf the internet. Kindly purchase a Yes Reload for your account. The minimum purchase for a Yes Reload is RM5 for 5 days validity.
  13. Can I use the free basic internet if my account is inactive?
    No, you will not be able to use the free basic internet if your account is inactive.
  14. Does the free basic internet comes with unlimited quota?
    The free basic internet is capped at a quota of 500MB per month.
  15. What are the Call and SMS rates of this Prepaid Starter Pack?
    For this Prepaid Starter Pack, you will enjoy completely free on-net calls and SMS. Off-net SMS and Calls per minute are priced at RM0.09.

    No, you can't. Please ensure that you have an equivalent amount of Yes Credit or more to purchase a Prepaid Data Add-On.
  6. Can I purchase Yes Reload and Prepaid Data Add-On at the same time?
    Yes, you can. You will be able to reload your Yes Credit and purchase Prepaid Data Add-On using your Yes Credit at the same time.

  8. What are the 4G LTE Data and 4G Broadband Data?
    The 4G LTE Data and 4G Broadband data are as follows:

    • utilize data quota from 4G Broadband Data bucket, via Yes 4G broadband devices.
  9. I've run out of 4G LTE Data. Can I transfer some of my data balance from the 4G Broadband Data bucket to the 4G LTE Data bucket?
    Unfortunately, you can't. Transfer of data balance from 4G LTE Data to 4G Broadband Data buckets is not allowed, and vice versa.
  10. Is there any expiry for the Prepaid Data Add-On?
    The validity of the Prepaid Data Add-On is as shown in FAQ no.7. Any un-utilised data will be forfeited upon expiry.
  11. How many Prepaid Data Add-Ons am I allowed to purchase at any one time?
    You are allowed to purchase multiple Prepaid Data Add-Ons under one Yes number at any one time.
  12. What happens when I purchase another Prepaid Data Add-On before the expiry of my current Prepaid Data Add-On?
    If you've purchased another Prepaid Data Add-On before the expiry of the current Prepaid Data Add-On, Prepaid Data Add-On which will be expired first will be consumed first. Please note that your 4G LTE Data will only be added to your 4G LTE Data bucket, vice versa for your 4G Broadband Data.
  13. Would I be alerted if my Prepaid Data Add-On is going to expire?
    Yes, a SMS will be sending to your Yes number to remind you the expiry of your Prepaid Data Add-On.
  14. How can I check my usage and balance of my Prepaid Data Add-On?
    You can check your usage and balance of your Prepaid Data Add-On via My Account.
  1. What is Auto Renewal?
    The auto renewal allows you to automatically renew your Prepaid Data Add-On at the end of its validity period using your Yes Credits/ registered credit /debit card, freeing you from the hassle of keeping track of your Prepaid Data Add-On’s expiry date.
  2. How do I subscribe to auto renewal?
    Yes Prepaid Data Add-On are on auto-renewed subscription at the end of the Data Add-On expiry date, as long as you have sufficient Yes Creditsor have registered your credit/debit card. The auto renewed plan shall follow the last purchase Data Add-On value.
    You can save your credit/debit card via the following steps:

    i) Log in to My Account
    ii) Go to "Personal Details" and save your credit card details;
    iii) Go to "Account Overview" and select Auto Renewal; and..
    iv) Follow the on-screen instruction.
  3. Will I be charged for subscribing to auto renewal?
    No, the auto renewal is a free service with no additional charges.
  4. When will my Prepaid Data Add-On be renewed?
    Your Prepaid Data Add-On will be renewed based on your Prepaid Data Add-On’s expiry date. I.e. Prepaid Data Add-on 10 with 7 days validity period will be renewed every 7 days, while Prepaid Data Add-On 30 with 30 days validity period will be renewed every 30 days.
  5. Can I change my credit card details?
    Yes, you can change your credit/debit card details in My Account. Simply go to "Personal Details" and click on "Update" to edit your credit/debit card details.
  6. Will my Prepaid Data Add-On be automatically renewed if I finish using my data before the expiry of the validity period?
    No. Your Prepaid Data Add-On will only be renewed upon expiry of your last Prepaid Data Add-On auto-renewal, regardless of when you finish using your data.
  7. How can I cancel this service?
    To cancel your auto renewal subscription, you can go to My Account to unsubscribe it.
  8. Am I allowed to change my auto renewal amount/package once subscribed to this service?
    Yes, you can change your chosen Prepaid Data Add-On denomination once you have subscribed to this service. Any changes made will take effect on the following day.
  9. Will I be notified if my auto renewal was unsuccessful?
    Yes, you will receive an SMS notification.
  10. Can I use a third party's credit/debit card to subscribe for auto renewal?
    No, you must use your own credit/debit card to register for auto renewal.
  11. What is the benefit of using auto renewal?
    The system will auto purchase the Prepaid Data Add-On upon the expiry of the current Prepaid Data Add-On.

    You can reload at any Yes Stores/Kiosks , participating Yes Retail Partners and participating banks.

Auto Reload for Yes Credits
  1. What is Auto Reload?
    Auto Reload allows you to set a date and amount to automatically reload your Yes account on your specified date.
  2. How can I subscribe to Auto Reload?
    You can subscribe to Auto Reload via My Account.

    i) Log in to My Account
    ii) Go to "Personal Details" and save your credit card details
    iii) Go to "Account Overview" and select Auto Reload
    iv) Follow the on-screen instruction

    Alternatively, you may also save your credit card details the next time you perform a reload. After reloading, you can log in to My Account and subscribe to Auto Reload.
  3. Will I be charged for subscribing to Auto Reload?
    Auto Reload is a free service with no additional charges.
  4. Can I set the reload amount?
    Yes, you can set the reload amount when you subscribe to Auto Reload. You can also change your reload amount anytime you wish via Manage Auto Reload within the Auto Reload & Renewal page.
  5. Can I set a specific day of the month for Auto Reload?
    Yes, you can set your account to be reloaded on any day from the 1st to the 28th of the month.
  6. Can I change the credit card details at a later time?
    Yes, you can change your credit card details within the Manage Account Page. Simply go to Manage Credit Card and click on Update to edit your credit card details.
  7. How can I deactivate Auto Reload?
    You can deactivate Auto Reload by walking into the nearest Yes Store or you may call our Yes Care Customer Support at 018-3330000 (local call charges apply, 8am-11pm daily, inclusive of weekends and Public Holidays) for assistance.
  8. Can I change the reload amount and/or day of reload after I have subscribed to Auto Reload?
    Yes, you can change the reload amount and day of reload any time via Manage Auto Reload. Changes will take effect after 24 hours.
  9. Will I be notified if my Auto Reload was unsuccessful?
    Yes, you will receive an SMS notification.
  10. Can I use a third party credit card to subscribe for Auto Reload?
    No, you must use your own credit card to register for Auto Reload.
  1. What is "Yes Reload Card"?
    It is a card which you can purchase off the shelf, where you use the activation code concealed under the scratch strip to reload your Yes account.
  2. Where can I get my Yes Reload Card?
    You can buy the reload card at any of our Yes Stores or Retail Partners.
  3. How do I reload my Yes account with a Reload Card?
    The Reload Card comes with a 16-digit activation code. Scratch the card to reveal the activation code.

      Download MyYes4G app from Google Play.
    Go to Menu > Buy Now > Reload Cards

  4. Is there an expiry date for the Reload Card?
    Yes, there is. The expiry date is printed on the Reload Card.
  5. What happens to my credit balance after I have made a new reload?
    Your new reload will be added on to your remaining credit balance. e.g. If you have a balance of RM 20 and you reload another RM 20, your new account balance would be RM 40.
     
  6. What are the denominations available for the Reload Cards?
    The Reload Cards are available in denominations of RM 10, RM 30 and RM 50.
     
  7. What is printed on the Reload Card?
    You'll find printed on the card, a Reload ID (Serial Number), an Activation Code, the reload value and the expiry date.
  8. How do I check my balance once the reload is done? Will I receive any notifications?
    Yes, you will receive an SMS notification.

    To check your balance, head over to https://www.yes.my/myselfcare and log in with your credentials. If your reload is successful, you should be able to see that the reload amount has been credited to your current account balance.

    To check your Yes Credit balance via SMS:
    Type BAL<space><Yes ID@yes.my> and send it to 018 330 1111

    **You can also replace the <Yes ID@yes.my> field with your Yes Mobile Number.**
  9. Can I get a refund for the unused credit on my Reload Card?
    No, all Reload Cards are not refundable after purchase. The same applies to the credit that has already been loaded into your Yes account.
  10. How long does it take to complete the transaction?

    Should you enter an invalid Activation Code, you are allowed a maximum of 10 reload attempts before your account is blocked. If your account has been blocked, please call our YesCare Customer Service team at 018 333 0000 to unblock your account.
  7. I received an error message when trying to check the balance on my Yes ID using an alternative mobile number. Why is this so?
    Please ensure that your alternative number is updated and stored in MyAccount. This is a security feature to ensure that your personal data is protected.

    To update your alternative mobile number, go to www.yes.my > MyAccount > Manage Account > Update Personal Detail.

    Note: Your alternate mobile number should be updated as a 10 or 11 digit number with no hyphen or space in between.
