  1. What is the Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?
    The Yes Wireless Bundle Service Plan in powering up your home with fast internet experience to enjoy unlimited data for home-learning and work-from-home productivity as well as fun and games. The Postpaid offering of Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan consist of one (1) Yes Wireless Fibre Service Plan and two (2) Yes Infinite Basic service plan supplementary lines for mobile plans. *Terms and conditions apply.
  2. What is the minimum age requirement to sign up for the Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?
    You must be 18 years of age and above before you can subscribe to Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan.
  3. As a foreigner, can I subscribe to Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?
    Yes, you can subscribe to Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plans. However, there will be a deposit of RM200 which is applicable.

  5. Where can I sign up for the Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?
    You can purchase Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan through the Yes website yes.my, on MyYes app, at any of our Yes Stores/Kiosk or through our Yes dealers.
  6. Can I sign up more than one (1) Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?
    You may subscribe to one or more Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Bundle Service Plans provided always that You do not have, in aggregate, more than six (6) Postpaid Service Plans registered with Us.
  7. Why did I received Three (3) SIM cards after purchasing Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?
    Under Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Bundle Service Plans You will be getting three (3) SIM cards One (1) SIM card is for Principal to be used in Yes Infinite Gateway router and two (2) SIM cards are Supplementary Lines for smartphone use.
  8. How do I activate my SIM cards for Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?
    Step 1
    Choose one (1) SIM from the three (3) SIM cards that you have received. The first SIM card will be your Primary SIM 1 that needs to be inserted into your Yes 5G Infinite Gateway device. The other two (2) SIM cards (SIM 2 & SIM 3) will be your supplementary SIM cards that need to be inserted into your supported mobile devices.
    Step 2
    Download the MyYes app, open the application and click on “New User”.​
    Step 3
    Click on “Activate SIM”, then “Start”.​
    Step 4
    Scan the barcode found on the back of the SIM jacket or manually input your 19-digit SIM serial number.
    Step 5
    Accept the assigned number and click “Next”.​
    Step 6
    Complete your Primary SIM 1 activation by following the eKYC steps for ID and face verification.​
    Step 7
    Next, to proceed with SIM 2 activation for your supplementary lines, “Book” number selection and “Continue” to complete SIM activation. Please repeat the same steps for SIM 3 activation.
    Step 8
    A confirmation message of your activation will be sent upon completion of the verification process.
  9. How do I know which SIM card will be my Principal number?
    The first SIM card that is activated will be your Principal number in which will need to be used in your Yes Infinite Gateway router and the remaining two (2) SIM cards will be your Supplementary Lines.
  10. Can I change my Supplementary Line to be in any Postpaid Service Plan Principle account?
    No, it is not allowed.
  11. I am an existing Yes customer. Can I keep my existing number and subscribed to Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?
    No, Yes Wireless Fibre Service Plan only applicable for new sign up customer.
  12. Can I port in to Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?
    No, Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan only applicable for new sign up.
  13. What happens if I terminate the Principal Line under Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan and Supplementary Lines?
    Upon termination of all the lines, You charges will be pro-rated for the usage period and this is an addition to any outstanding bill amount owing to us. Further, if You are under a fixed contract, You will also be subjected to early termination charges.
  14. Do the Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan come with a voice or SMS service?
    Yes, for Supplementary Line under Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Service Plan is to be use in smartphones which support Calls and outgoing SMS, offerings as per FAQ 4.
    However please take note, for Principal Line of Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Service Plan is to be used only in Yes 5G Infinite Gateway router purely for data usage only.
  15. Do I need to activate the SIM card immediately upon receipt, or can I do so at a later time?
    You are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card for Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Service Plan. Failing to do so will result in the SIM Card being automatically activated after seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card.
  16. Can I use the Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan’s 5G enable SIM card in my smartphone?
    For Principal Line the 5G enable SIM card only allowed to be use for Yes Infinite Gateway router device.
    As for Supplementary Line is a mobile plan, the 5G enable SIM card support for smartphone use.
  17. How do I check my data usage or make bill payment for my Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?
    You may check your data balance or make bill payment via MyYes app. You can refer to Yes Payment Channels for more information.
  18. Can I upgrade my Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan to higher plan rate during the contract period?
    No, you are not allowed to do so as of now.
  19. What is Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Bundle Service Plan’s speed level assurance that Yes is providing?
    The speed level is provided based on best effort.
  20. What if my area is not within the 5G coverage?
    The 5G coverage is expanding and getting wider coverage. Certain areas where are not within the 5G network coverage range, You will still get to continue enjoying our 4G connectivity and services on Yes network.
  21. What is the warranty period for the device and accessories?
    The standard warranty period for Yes 5G Infinite Gateway device are for 12 months and the accessories for devices are only 6 months.
  22. How do I claim the warranty if the Yes Infinite Gateway router that I purchased defective?
    You can walk in to any nearest Yes Store to do One to One swap providing the device is still within the warranty period. However, you will need to buy a new device at RM1199 if the device is out of warranty.
  23. How many users can connect to the Yes Infinite Gateway router at one time?
    Yes Infinite Gateway router can connect up to 32 devices per SSID.
  24. How do I set up the Yes Infinite Gateway router?
    i. Remove the SIM slot cover
    ii. Install the SIM card into the spring-loaded SIM slot as directed. To remove the SIM, press the edge of the SIM inward and the SIM will pop out (Please ensure that you use the Standard and not the Micro or Nano SIM)
    iii. Close the SIM cover
    iv. Connect your power adaptor to the wall outlet
    v. Connect power adaptor to the 12V port on the device
    vi. Use LAN port to connect your wired device via Ethernet cable
    vii. To connect using WiFi, scan the WiFi SSID name the device label and enter the password

  25. Does Yes 5G Infinite Gateway device supports CCTV?
    Yes 5G Infinite Gateway device supports IP Cameras with Wi-Fi and also cloud base CCTV.
  26. Will a penalty fee be imposed if I decide to terminate my subscription within the contract period?
    If You terminates the Yes Wireless Fibre Service Plans during the Contract Period, You will be subject to Early Termination Charges (“ETC”).
  27. What is 7 Days Return Policy?
    7 Days Return Policy is for Yes Wireless Fibre Service Plan customers who wish to cancel the contract within seven (7) days from the SIM activation date. *Terms and conditions apply.
  28. How do I cancel my subscription during 7 Days Return Policy for Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?
    The request can be done via Yes Store if met with below conditions;
    (i) You have no or slow Service connection at Your registered premise; and
    (ii) Your data usage consumption at Your registered premise is less than 10GB (4G + 5G); and
    (iii) Your request for termination is made within seven (7) days from the date of Your SIM activation; and
    (iv) You return the complete Device set (which shall include the Yes 5G Infinite Gateway device, power cord and Quick User Guide) in good condition.

    No, only one bill statement for Principal Line User and can be view and manage the bill via MyYes app.
  35. Will there be any charges if I want to have more than two (2) Supplementary Lines under Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Supplementary Line Service Plan?
    Yes there will be charges for Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans s in which will be add into your next bill cycle, please visit yes.my for more information on the available Supplementary Lines that you can subscribe under Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan.
  36. Do I need to pay any charges to have the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans during registration?
    Please keep in mind that no money collection is required during the registration process for an Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans . The charges shown will be reflected on the upcoming bill cycle instead.
