- What are the service offerings under the Learn From Home Free Phone Retention Campaign?
The service offerings are Free 5GB LTE Data and 60 minutes Off-Net Voice Calls respectively (“Free Data and Voice Calls”) for each Service Validity Period during the Campaign Period. Please refer to Clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of the Learn From Home Free Phone Retention Campaign Terms and Conditions for further details on the service offerings.
- Do I need to manually redeem the Free Data and Voice Calls?
No, you need not manually redeem the Free Data and Voice Calls. Instead, the Free Data and Voice Calls will be automatically credited into your Prepaid Account. For the 1st month of an Eligible Subscriber’s participation in the LFH Free Phone Retention Campaign, the Free Data and Voice Calls will be credited into your Prepaid account wherein:-
- In the case of an Eligible Subscriber selecting the LFH Free Phone Retention Campaign during his/her Account Validity Period, upon expiry of the Internet data allocated under the Learn From Home Free Phone Plan;
- in the case of an Eligible Subscriber selecting the LFH Free Phone Retention Campaign after expiry of the Account Validity Period but within the Grace Period, a day succeeding the day after he/she opts for the LFH Free Phone Retention Campaign; or
- in the case of an Eligible Subscriber requesting for a new SIM Card, after activation of the SIM Card in accordance with the Campaign T&Cs.
- I have received my free SIM Card, how do I activate it to start using my free GB data right away?
Upon receipt of the free SIM Card, Eligible Subscriber shall activate the SIM Card by login to MyYes app, go to Quick Access, press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen.
- Is there any specific period to activate the SIM Card?
An Eligible Subscriber opting for the new SIM Card shall activate the SIM Card within a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance of the SIM Card by YTLC failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated and no replacement SIM Card will be provided.
